My classes are gentle and relaxing, open to new beginners or anyone coming back to yoga after a long break.

Private Sessions

If you’re completely new to yoga or looking to ease your way back into your practice, a private session may be the perfect place to start. Each session is designed to support you at your own pace, helping you feel confident, comfortable and deeply connected to your body.

Private Taster Session

£25 — 1-2-1 (45 mins)
£37 — 2-2-1 (45 mins)

This one-off 45-minute session introduces you to the foundations of yoga. Together, we explore a range of commonly used poses found in most classes today.
It’s the ideal option if you’re considering joining a group class or trying a block of private sessions and would like a gentle, supportive introduction.

These sessions are completely tailored around your personal needs, goals and level of experience. Each practice is thoughtfully designed to support your body and mind, helping you progress in a way that feels right for you.

Personalised & Private Introduction to Yoga Programme (4 sessions)

£90 — 1-2-1 (1 hour)
£125 — 2-2-1 (1 hour)

This four-week programme gives you a step-by-step introduction to the core elements of yoga, including:

  • pranayama (yoga breathing)

  • meditation

  • savasana (deep relaxation)

  • essential yoga postures

Each week we explore commonly used poses, gradually building confidence and understanding. With a blend of breathing techniques and different forms of meditation woven into each session, this programme is ideal for complete beginners or those returning to yoga after time away.

Personalised & Private Yoga Block (4 sessions)

£100 — 1-2-1 (1 hour)
£135 — 2-2-1 (1 hour)

This programme offers four fully personalised sessions, designed specifically around your physical needs, goals and wellbeing. Each week’s practice is created uniquely for you, supporting your progress in a balanced and meaningful way.
