My Journey
My yoga journey began in 2010 when I walked into my first class—and instantly felt at home. Over the years, yoga has become an essential part of my life, offering movement, meditation, breathwork and deep relaxation. In 2018, I completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Aura Wellness Centre, and I now teach Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga in both group and private sessions.
My relationship with yoga strengthened even more after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis over five years ago. Experiencing daily pain was challenging, but yoga—especially Yin—helped ease my joints, open my body and bring me back into balance. The positive impact it had on my life inspires the way I teach today: gently, mindfully and with a deep understanding of how yoga can support both body and mind.
Alongside yoga, I have been practising Mindfulness for many years and recently qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher. I offer private mindfulness sessions which include guided meditation. Mindfulness has transformed my own perspective on life, and I love helping others experience the same shift.
I am also a qualified Holistic Therapist, offering a range of treatments including Reiki Healing (my personal favourite), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology and a variety of massage therapies. I am fully registered with the CNHC and IPHM.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: to make a positive difference in someone’s life. Supporting others on their journey to wellness is not just my work—it’s my passion.
