My Journey

I went to my first yoga class in 2010 and since then I fell in love with yoga. I enjoy all that yoga brings from meditation, breathing, yoga poses and relaxation. In 2018 I took up my 300 hours Yoga Teacher Trainer and qualified with the Aura Wellness Centre. I teach 3 main style yoga, Hatha, Yin and Restorative throughout my classes and private sessions. My passion for yoga grew stronger when I was diagnosed over 5 years ago with rheumatoid arthritis and found myself in a lot of pain. Yoga gave me so many benefits helping to open up and ease the sore joints, especially the style of Yin.

I have been practising Mindfulness for many years and have recently qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher. I run regular private mindfulness sessions which include meditation. The benefits through mindfulness are amazing, though it takes practise, it can change your whole prospective on life, it certainly did for me.

I am also a qualified Holistic Therapist and offer a range of treatments including Reiki Healing (my own personal favourite treatment), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Reflexology and many other types of massage. I am registered with the CNHC and IPHM.
